Delivering Global Online Marketing Solutions to Local Businesses

1 note

It happens once a year that people across the U.S. suffer through a painfully boring football game to enjoy the creative genius of the advertising world. The Super Bowl seems to mark the single day when we acknowledge the creative possibility and potential of advertising.

In the early 2000s BMW hit advertising/promotional gold with a series of short, highly entertaining action films staring Clive Owen. The series titled The Hire stuffed a two-hour summertime blockbuster worth of laughs and action into the roughly ten minute shorts.

Beyond directors like Guy Ritchie (Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels) and John Woo who brought their near cult followings, Madonna and James Brown lent immense star power to the films.

While these flicks are far from new, if it has been a while, they deserve a re-watch. Enjoy.
