Forget the rumors surrounding Apple’s iPhone 5, a Chinese company by the name of GooPhone has created an iPhone 5 clone they are calling the Goophone I5. According to a report by CNET, GooPhone may have taken out a patent on the design of a new smartphone they created. The Company is even going as far as to try and sue Apple over a patent issue involving the company’s upcoming smartphone.
